The weekend of October 26 & 27 will be the Club Championship. To qualify you MUST have a handicap on record at DR Disc Golf in Orrington. Both Saturday and Sunday start time will be 10am and there will be two rounds. Entry fee for EACH day is $10 + $2 optional ace pot ($20 or $24 with ace pot for both days). Greens fees are separate, but would be an additional $10 each day. You must Pre-Register at the course! Detailed info is below.
Saturday, October 26 – SINGLES
-Payouts will be for both SCRATCH and HANDICAP results
-You can can cash in only one of the above
-DR Disc Golf will match the entry fees (For example: if 30 people enter that would be $300; DR will kick in another $300 making it $600 in payouts)
-Ace pot will include whatever is in the Saturday Singles League ace pot plus whatever is collected on the day of the tournament (Note: as this is part of the Sunday Doubles League, if no ace is hit, the money will stay in the Sunday League ace pot; there will be no throw-off for ace pot money if nobody hits an ace)
Sunday, October 27 – DOUBLES
-Random doubles groups will be drawn on day of event; you will not be bringing your own partner
-Handicaps will be averaged; in the case where there is a greater-than 10 difference between A player and B player, the handicap will be a 10 for the B Player
-DR Disc Golf will match the entry fees
-Ace pot will include whatever is in the Sunday Singles League ace pot plus whatever is collected on the day of the tournament (Note: as this is part of the Sunday Doubles League, if no ace is hit, the money will stay in the Sunday League ace pot; there will be no throw-off for ace pot money if nobody hits an ace)
