An eight-week doubles handicap league will be starting in early October, 2010. This bring-your-own partner tournament has a couple of requirements:
-the handicaps of the team members must be within 10 strokes of each other
-match-ups will be determined in advance, and teams will have one week (seven days) to play their match
-three points will be available per match: 1 point for winning the front 9, 1 point for winning the back 9, and 1 point for the overall
-$20/week covers team, greens fees and ace pot
-top 1/3 paid out, and $2 per point paid out to teams
-if ace is not hit, ace pot will roll over into winnings
Sign up at the DR Disc Golf clubhouse with your name and the name of your partner as soon as possible to the number of teams can be determined.
